    Very disappointing experience with KSRTC. My brother reached Thodupuzha at 3:50 AM for the 3:55 AM Minnal bus to Kattappana. His two-wheeler had a problem, so he immediately called the conductor and requested 5 minutes to reach the bus. The conductor said okay, but the bus left without waiting for him.
    Because of this, my brother missed his important PSC exam at 7:00 AM. If the conductor had agreed to wait, why leave without informing him? Please don’t treat passengers like this. Very disappointing service.
